Introduction to E-business

The aim of the training is to provide the participants with information about the basic links and projections of the e-business subject area established on the characteristic system covering the whole area as well as to discuss the fundamental electronic trade knowledge of the market, social, technological, organisational and business aspects.

Economy of information

The aim of the training is to present the applications in economic studies such as information industry and information communications sector, the enforcement of the rules of economy, presentation and analyses of development trends, exploitation of economic laws behind phenomena and trends and a summary of corporative strategies based on economic laws.

Internet economy, internet strategy, company strategy and internet

The aim of the training is to provide the participants with basic definitions of information economy and network theory as well as with the elements of corporate strategy and its implemented examples in micro-, macro- and branch levels.

E-business

The aim of the training is to provide the participants with knowledge about market, social, technological, organisational and business branches of electronic trade transactions. Beyond the theoretical lectures delivered in each subject area, business case studies will be processed and practised by the help of methodologically well prepared trainers.

E-business ergonomy

The aim of the training is to provide the participants with the ergonomic aspects of planning and evaluating e-business systems, especially that of  internet sites.

E-business project management

The aim of the training is to provide the participants the differences of general and IT specific projects, the special processes of IT/e-business projects, including their critical factors as well as applied project management and development methodologies.

E-business technological background

The aim of the training is to provide the participants with the basic definitions, tools, technologies of the e-business infrastructural background, of which the overall knowledge is indispensable for the planning, establishment, operation of e-business processes.

In the framework of this training, we want to introduce the typical structural solutions of e-business systems, the aspects to be considered during the planning period of architecture, the strategy options for the selection of available technologies.

E-business business models

The aim of the training is to provide the participants with business models of electronic trade, its relation to corporate functions (marketing, production, procurement, finances, human resources) and enable them to conceptionally connect corporate processes and models to electronic business trends. During the course, the participants will learn aspects and methods by which they will be able to position a given product and service operation models with a conception as well as to discover the value-counter value and value chain relations.

E-government

The aim of the training is to introduce the general issues of the government in the mirror of Hungarian and international processes. The participants will receive an overall knowledge related to the economic efficiency of on-line applications, the characteristic B2A solutions and electronic public procurement details. We will introduce the main Hungarian systems of e-administration, especially focusing on services directly related to citizens.

B2B e-business

The aim of the training is to provide a general overview on inter-organisational business information system qualities, about their operation and make participants know about the applications of traditional or new forms of electronic data exchange and their effects on business relations.

B2C e-business

The aim of the training is to provide participants with the knowledge about the forms, actors, technology, infrastructure, regulation background and economic, social layers of consumers electronic (retail) trade.

Digital marketing

The aim of the training is to provide participants with an overall view about the history, up-to-date issues, trends and visible development directions of digital communication.

The course deals with the internet and mobile communication tools system on several levels. It identifies the place of digital communication in the organisational communication strategy, introduces the mile stones of an internet based development project but it gives answers to such practical questions like which is the appropriate online marketing tool to be applied in which campaign.

The presentations cover the opportunities and tool systems of internet and mobile technologies in inner and external communication. The subject mainly deals with communication with some smaller diversions towards marketing identified by Kotler, so marginally digital sale, client relations, market research, product development support, etc. are also discussed.

The transformation of corporate models and value chains

The aim of the training is to present the effect of IT tool applications and systems on corporate business models, inner and external value chains, provision chains, organisational forms. E-business model analysis and their development examinations are also treated.
